Who you’ll be working with

Encore OT is a sole practice founded and run by Kerry Pearce, an experienced occupational therapist specialising in home-based care for adults and older individuals. Kerry lives and works in the ACT and surrounds, having moved from interstate in 2021 to be near her family.

You’ll always know who you’re working with, and that matters.

Kerry Pearce, Occupational Therapist

Kerry graduated as an Occupational Therapist more than 40 years ago and has worked in various clinical settings across the community, hospital, not-for-profit, and corporate sectors. After a successful “second” career in senior and executive leadership, Kerry returned to her clinical roots to found Encore OT. Occupational Therapy is where her love of people, her commitment to facilitating positive outcomes, and her passion for providing a quality, personalised service were born.

Kerry brings a rare blend of life experience, clinical precision, creativity, and heartfelt care to every interaction. Her clinical expertise spans complex neurological rehabilitation, aged care, home modifications, and assistive technology, always grounded in current evidence and clear communication.

She also loves learning new things and finding creative ways to solve problems.

“Encore” means much more than a second act — it’s a celebration of continued growth, a return to what matters, and a chance to do things with even greater clarity. It’s where curiosity and experience meet!

For Kerry, Encore OT is a way to support people in a kind and thoughtful way. It’s about honouring each person’s story, finding smart solutions, and making life better in meaningful ways.
