Encore Occupational Therapy operates as a private contractor.
Please note that if you are funded under the Support at Home program, your package provider can charge an amount above Encore OT’s stated fees to cover their care management costs.
Encore OT welcomes DVA clients. Veteran Cards are accepted as payment for eligible conditions.
We review our pricing annually to ensure it remains fair, sustainable, and aligned with best practice and Encore OT’s values.

How We Calculate Travel
Travel is charged as a separate line item using an averaged loading for the Canberra and Queanbeyan region. The travel loading includes an average travel time and ATO rate per kilometre. This keeps pricing simple, predictable, and fair across different visit lengths and distances.
Return travel is not charged for Canberra and Queanbeyan services.
